Shipping & Delivery
How are my goods shipped and how do I track my order?
  We ship our orders by Ferrari Express or INTEX which also often co-operates with FedEx for most countries. Each shipment shipped through one of those two carriers includes full insurance against theft or loss for up to a value of €25.000 (INTEX) to a maximum of €45.000 (Ferrari Express) per parcel. These shipping methods are amongst our faster shipping methods that we currently offer which usually take 2 - 5 (Europe and Worldwide) business days to deliver after payment is received. Larger orders may be shipped in seperate parcels.
For smaller orders up to a value of €1000 we also offer shipping by Registered Post - Signed Delivery with Tracking Number which may take 2 - 7 (Europe) or 5 - 10 (Worldwide) business days to deliver after payment is received. However, not to every country insurance is offered. The buyer would then be solely responsible for the loss or theft of the parcel. Some destination countries do offer insurance up to €5000 by Registered Airmail, depending on the country of destination. In such countries we may also offer shipping by Registered Post with insurance for up to €5000.
By adding item(s) to your cart and proceeding to the Checkout page you will be offered in detail all of our Shipping Method choices with the estimated delivery time for each shipping method and their prices. If there is a shipping method by Registered Post in the dropdown selection of the shipping methods and there is no mentioning of any "insurance" or "insured" for the Registered Post shipping method then there is no insurance if you would select Registered Post as a shipping method.

Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the Register link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you and/or whenever necessary, receive any required identification documents. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How long will it usually take for my order to be delivered?

Also, each individual item page has more information on the availability with the estimated delivery time for shipments to be made by one of our faster shipping methods.
After placing your order, you may click the
My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and then click on Review orders / track packages to check the status of your oder. You will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail when your order has shipped with tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.


What is your return policy?
  There is no statutory right to return or cancel an order once placed under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004. The goods we supply are dependent on fluctuations in financial markets. You can however request to terminate your order after it was placed only if certain conditions are met. Please see our Return Policy or Paragraph 12 of our Terms & Conditions for more information.
